Memberships 2024

Annual Membership offers great value to regular racegoers and entitles the holder to admission to the Bramble Tudor Box and the Tynedale Box when available, Paddock areas and the Club Enclosure Lawn for all racedays plus reciprocals. Membership also makes the perfect corporate gift, anniversary or birthday present.

Membership Benefits

• Admission into the Members' Rooms at the West end of the buildings where free tea and coffee will be served for all meetings at Hexham with a photo ID card and metal badge.
• Use of the Annual Members Cark Park (car park badge must be displayed). 
• Members will receive two guest vouchers, redeemable at any one weekday meeting, unfortunately guests are not allowed access to the Members' rooms.
• Members are entitled to a discount when making a booking in the Henderson Suite and Curlew Room. 
• Free exchange visits to over 50 racecourses and in excess of 60 days racing. 
• Newcastle and Sunderland Greyhounds: on production of your membership card, you can gain complimentary admission and a racecard at any of their meetings. Full details of fixtures and times are available on Newcastle Greyhounds or www.sunderland-greyhounds.co.uk  
• Durham County Cricket Club: 2 exchange visits with DCCC, see the reciprocal list for dates and match details.

Membership Badges and Photo ID

Each new member will receive an ‘undated’ metal badge and a separate Members Photo ID Card (this must be used to gain entry). Members can have their photographs taken at the raceday office or they can email or post a photo the racecourse office.
