How to buy Tickets
You can buy tickets by telephone or by post following the instructions below when tickets are on sale or you can order tickets online up to 7 days in advance of the meeting to allow time for delivery. You can BOOK ONLINE BELOW. All tickets are sold subject to racecourse terms and conditions.
(NB: Parties of 10 or more receive special rates - more details below).

Buying Tickets/Booking Online
You can book online below, pay at the turnstile or if you prefer you can order tickets in advance either by calling the racecourse office - telephone numbers can be found on the Contacts page - or by writing to us with your full contact details, including a telephone number and email address if possible, enclosing a cheque made payable to H A M C Ltd T/A Hexham Racecourse.

Club enclosure and paddock visitors booking 10 to 19 tickets, when bought online or in advance from the racecourse office, receive a 10% discount on ticket prices and those booking 20 to 100 tickets receive a 20% discount but not on restaurant or hospitality packages. NB This does not apply to senior visitors as these prices are already discounted.
Parties of 20+, ONLY, also receive a free ticket for the organiser. This is sent out automatically with your order and does not need to be added to your shopping basket if purchased online. Note: these discounts apply ONLY to bookings made with payment 7 days before the race meeting.
There is ample free parking available at the racecourse. Disabled parking is available and there is a special wheelchair section for viewing the course. These are shown on the plan of the racecourse which can be viewed here* and it is also printed in the racecard.
Facilities for people with disabilities?
Hexham Racecourse has free disabled parking and there is a lift in the main Ramshaw Stand.
There is a viewing area for wheelchair users. This is located next to the Parade Ring and overlooking the racecourse.
Disabled toilets can be found on the first floor of the Ramshaw Stand, the toilet block at the top of the Parade Ring and the toilet block at the back of the Princess Anne Bar.
Disabled parking and the viewing area for wheelchair users are identified on the racecourse plan in locations 20 and 12 respectively.
